The Role:

The Milk Makeup Beauty Rotator will be brand Ambassador on Field within the south of France and Switzerland- French part regions. The main objective is to promote the brand locally, achieve retail sales targets within perimeters given through daily animations, events and artistry, products education, training Sephora Beauty Consultant’s on Milk Makeup product line.

How You’ll THRIVE:

• 80%-time Sales animations:
• Demonstrate products on customers and explain the benefits of each products aiming to gain customer loyalty.
• Achieve sales goals as given to you by your manager by executing Daily animations, promotional and events calendars in -store.
• Participate in events in-store to drive business: masterclasses, Fun Day…
• Ensure the Milk Makeup space is always merchandised and kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure the Milk Makeup good level of stocks locally.
• Inform direct report of all seasonal activity as well as all out of stocks as they occur.
• Provide Weekly & Monthly reports to direct report.
• As a Rotator, you oversee your perimeters: Ensure Area/stores profitability through efficient planning set up according to the commercial strategy and your direct report directives.
• 20%-time Education:
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service by educating customers on Milk Makeup brand and product.
• Ensure Milk Makeup training toward Sephora cast every quarter through local trainings.
• Built strong relationships with every local interlocutor: engage or re-engage around the brand all the year.
• Be flexible to travel and animate, visit, educate stores within regions area/perimeters according to brand needs.

We’d like YOU to have:

• This role needs to be based in Lyon (Rhone’s- Alpes)
• 2+ years of experience preferred in the B. Industry- Sephora experience is a must
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Make up artistry background/knowledges.
• You need to be sales/results driven.
• English skills, preferred & excellent communication skills desired.
• Be flexible to travel within the market for potential brand needs.
