Notre métier est de proposer chaque jour aux entreprises, les meilleurs talents indépendants pour mener leurs projets stratégiques et opérationnels.

WEEM est au cœur du réacteur de l’économie et accompagne les plus grands groupes du CAC 40, les fonds d’investissement et les startups en croissance dans leurs projets clés. L’entreprise fédère une communauté de plus de 3000 talents indépendants sélectionnés pour leur savoir-être et leur parcours d’excellence et a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de 16 millions d’euros en 2023.

WEEM est une entreprise en croissance avec de fortes ambitions de développement dans un marché en plein boom. C’est aussi une équipe très soudée de 15 personnes.


Missions principales :

Rattaché(e) à la Head of Staffing, vous identifiez le talent idéal pour chaque besoin des clients de WEEM en 48h, grâce à un sens aigu de la relation clients et talents. Au sein de notre équipe, vous aurez de multiples rôles au service du développement de notre modèle et de notre marque :


• Effectuer la prise de brief avec les dirigeants ou l'équipe commerciale de WEEM pour comprendre et accompagner les clients dans la définition de leur besoin

• Trouver les meilleurs talents pour les clients WEEM au sein de notre communauté d'indépendants de haut niveau

• Suivre les missions avec le client et le talent placé par WEEM pour s’assurer du bon déroulé des projets

• Être l’ambassadeur du modèle indépendant auprès des clients et des talents, le garant de la qualité de service 5 étoiles de WEEM


Vous découvrirez ainsi de nouveaux secteurs d’activité et métiers, plongerez au cœur de la stratégie des clients et ferez de belles rencontres

Vous disposerez d’une large palette d’outils et de ressources (équipement IT, Office 365, CRM / Marketing Automation HubSpot, …) et une équipe très motivée à vos côtés

Vous pourrez également mener des projets complémentaires variés (projets digitaux, support au développement à l’international) afin de pouvoir vous épanouir pleinement chez WEEM


Profil :

• 3 à 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle idéalement sur un segment concurrentiel de WEEM ou dans des cabinets de conseil en stratégie, management ou recrutement / approche directe

• De formation supérieure BAC+5 Commerce/Marketing/Ingénieur vous avez un réel intérêt pour l’univers du conseil

• Aisance relationnelle et capacité à traiter avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (C-Level)

• Esprit d'équipe, agilité, autonomie, résilience, partage des valeurs de WEEM : Joie, Excellence, Fiabilité, Collectif

• Rigoureux(se), curieux(se), organisé(e), autonome et force de proposition, vous utilisez votre pragmatisme pour atteindre vos objectifs
