Que feras-tu ?

En soutien du chief of Staff de la présidente, tu travailleras sur des projets stratégiques transversaux, en collaborant avec tous les départements et toutes les parties prenantes au sein de LHH.

Tu participeras à des projets visant à améliorer l'excellence opérationnelle, tels que la transformation des processus opérationnels, l'optimisation des synergies entre les différentes fonctions, la mise en œuvre d'outils numériques….


Pourquoi toi ?

Tu es en formation supérieure en école de commerce ou à Sciences Po.

Tu as soif d'apprendre dans un environnement de challenges et d’amélioration continue, tu as un excellent sens du service, tu es proactif.ve et en même temps rigoureux.se, tu apprécies un univers en perpétuel changement, dans une entreprise référente dans son domaine, tout en sachant t’adapter. Organisé.e, tu es en mesure de prioriser ton temps afin de respecter les deadlines.

Curieu.x.se et analytique, tu aimes creuser les sujets et tu sais proposer des analyses pertinentes.

Synthétique, tu sais accumuler une grande quantité d'informations, te l'approprier et la restituer.

Ton sens de la communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral te sera très utile.

Tu es un talent hors pair du pack office et tu as l’habitude de travailler à travers ces outils. Il est possible que certaines missions t’offrent la possibilité de parler ou d’écrire en anglais.
