Nos techniciens RME sont basés sur site, afin de répondre rapidement à tout problème technique affectant nos opérations. Vous effectuerez une série de travaux de maintenance préventive planifiée sur les équipements en place sur nos sites afin de vous assurer qu’ils fonctionnent et ne présentent aucun risque de sécurité. En tant que technicien RME, vous interviendrez rapidement en cas de panne, et vous mènerez l’enquête pour détecter les pannes et les solutionner aussi vite que possible. Il vous appartiendra également de faire des suggestions pour améliorer durablement les processus.
En collaboration avec des collègues expérimentés, vous effectuerez des tâches de maintenance quotidiennes telles que la peinture et la plomberie et assurerez la liaison avec les sous-traitants externes en cas de besoin si nécessaire. Vous travaillerez en équipe afin de vous assurer que nos sites bénéficient d’une assistance 24 heures sur 24, ce qui permet à Amazon de livrer ses produits à la vitesse qui fait sa réputation.
À propos de l’équipe
Amazon Logistics, ou AMZL, s’occupe des activités de livraison du « dernier kilomètre » en partenariat avec des entreprises de distribution tierces. Nous faisons appel à la créativité et aux initiatives visant à l’amélioration continue pour acheminer des millions de produits physiques jusqu’à nos clients. Notre objectif est de rendre l’expérience de livraison de nos clients aussi fluide que possible et de déployer des solutions de livraison globales pour nos concepts les plus récents, tels qu’Amazon Fresh, Prime Now et Amazon Restaurants.
Notre travail s’effectue de deux manières. Nos collaborateurs·trices « sous le toit » traitent des millions de produits avant de les envoyer à nos équipes de livraison. La dimension humaine est au cœur des activités de l’équipe. Nous jouons essentiellement un rôle de soutien, y compris de nuit. Nous nous concentrons principalement sur les opérations, avec des équipes présentes 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 dans la plupart de nos sites.
Quant à nos collaborateurs·trices « sur la route », ils travaillent avec Amazon Flex, un réseau d’entreprises de livraison. Chaque année, nous plaçons la barre toujours plus haut en matière d’expérience client grâce à de nouveaux services de livraison. Nous recherchons de nouveaux moyens de relever les défis logistiques du secteur et de nouvelles idées pour réduire notre empreinte carbone, en nous appuyant sur un parc de véhicules (y compris des véhicules électriques) et des technologies de pointe.

- Réaliser des tâches de maintenance proactive et préventive sur les équipements du site
- Effectuer des tâches de réparation réactives et diagnostiquer les pannes dans un centre de distribution fonctionnel
- Utiliser les meilleurs outils pour optimiser le fonctionnement des équipements
- Respecter toutes les politiques et pratiques en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Soutenir le développement et la progression des apprentis sur le site
- Travailler sur des projets d’amélioration continue et appliquer les meilleures pratiques sur plusieurs de nos sites au sein de l’UE
