As our business continues to grow in France, SHEIN is hiring a corporate communications manager to join the company’s France corporate communications team based in Paris.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications for France, the corporate communications manager will support the company’s corporate communications efforts, and will also have the opportunity to work with the EMEA team on regional strategic initiatives.
Offering both French and regional exposure at one of the most recognised global consumer brands during an exciting period of growth and transformation, the successful candidate will play an important role in defining and driving the corporate communications strategy in France for one of the world’s best known consumer brands during an exciting period of growth and transformation for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Write, develop, and manage communications material related to SHEIN in France.
- Support the management of relations with local and national media, and support the execution of large scale corporate communications campaigns.
- Manage sensitive or crisis communications situations.
- Track key indicators to measure results and create reporting material.
- Support French initiatives.
- Support EMEA regional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native French language and fluent in English
- 6+ years of experience in in-house or agency corporate communications roles.
- Experience working with prominent brands, including on reputation protection, issues management, and creative corporate communications campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving corporate communications campaigns, managing projects on-time and on-budget to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Extensive experience in managing issues and crises regionally or globally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, with experience counselling senior business leaders on communications issues.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to work and influence across teams and cultures.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
