OROSYS is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join the R&D team, reporting to the Head of Software Development.
Role and Responsibilities
- Taking direction from Two notes product team and senior stakeholders, design & implement new features in Two notes Audio Engineering's current & future product lineup
- Actively participate and contribute to architectural choices & decisions
- Monitor and maintain the existing products codebase
- Actively take part in day-to-day interactions with Two notes' QA & support teams
- Interact with Two notes' product team to help shape the technical direction for product development
- Maintain and expand Two notes' overall technical infrastructure (CI/CD, VCS)
- Assist in additional ad-hoc developments (partner-centric embedded technology integration, interactions with firmware and devops teams)
- Mentor junior team members and interact with external contractors monitoring progress and reporting up-to-date statuses to key vested company-wide stakeholders

Requirements
- 10 to 15 years experience
- Proficiency in C++ (17, 20) and associated development tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in collaborative development practices (Git, CI/CD, agile methodologies)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Working knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Shell)
- Working knowledge with cross-platform development (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Fluency in both French and English
- Experience in interacting with REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and team-working ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Understanding of audio related software development is a plus (DAWs, Plugins, algorithm implementation and testing)

OROSYS recherche un ingénieur en développement C++, qui sera intégré(e) à l'équipe R&D et rattaché(e) au responsable des développements logiciels.
Rôles et responsabilités
- Concevoir et implémenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans notre gamme de produits actuelle et future
- Participer activement aux choix et décisions architecturales
- Maintenir la base de code des produits existants, interagir quotidiennement avec les équipes qualité et support
- Interagir avec l'équipe produit pour aider à définir l'orientation technique du développement produit
- Maintenir et développer notre infrastructure technique globale (CI/CD, VCS)
- Assister aux développements annexes (interactions avec les équipes techniques de nos partenaires commerciaux, interactions avec les équipes firmware et devops)
- Encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe et interagir avec des sous-traitants externes
Compétences requises
- 10 ans à 15 ans d'expérience
- Maîtrise du C++ (17, 20) et des outils et méthodologies de développement associés
- Maîtrise des pratiques de développement collaboratif (Git, CI/CD, méthodologies agiles)
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en débogage
- Connaissance pratique des langages de script (Python, Shell)
- Connaissance pratique du développement multiplateforme (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Maîtrise opérationnelle du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Expérience dans l'interaction avec des API REST, JSON, XML
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement et à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés
- Attitude proactive et motivée
- La compréhension du développement de logiciels liés à l'audio est un plus (DAWs, plugins, implémentation et test d'algorithmes)
