About The Role


We are hiring a Purchasing Controller to perform as a business partner that takes an active part in shaping the Purchasing function at AAG. As part of the Purchase team and working in an international environment (US & Europe) the role will require working closely with functions and disciplines across the organization to develop optimization in Purchasing control. The Purchasing Controller will report to the Group Purchasing Controller.


What You´ll Be Doing


  • Purchase Report Consolidation, Quota preparation.
  • Rebates Forecast, alignment and communication with Finance Team.
  • Contribute to the analysis and integration of acquisitions (Follow-Up reporting).
  • Acting as a true business partner for all European subsidiaries on Purchase topics.


What You´ll Need


  • BA or Master of Business Administration or an equivalent with 2-3 years experience in Controlling, Finance or Logistics.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills are required.
  • Flexible, open minded, able to drive change and handle tight deadlines
  • High degree of personal integrity and a trustworthy partner to the business
  • Agile working approach, with a critical mind and the ability to step back and make sense of your analyses
  • A desire to work in a changing environment and posses a constant desire to improve what already exists.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Structured and take initiative.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to establish yourself in an international organization by building relationships of trust with all your contacts.
