* Elaborer les offres commerciales (cotations)
* Mettre en oeuvre l'implémentation des nouveaux clients en lien avec les différents services concernés : Commerce, Opérations, Pricing
* Définir le plan de transport conformément aux attentes des clients et assurer la coordination avec les services concernés
* Assurer une communication régulière avec le client sur le suivi de ses expéditions
* Veiller au respect des SOP et des cahiers des charges et identifier des axes d'amélioration (qualité de service/ productivité / profitabilité)
* Assurer la relation transversale avec les différents services (Opérations, commerce, Trade management), support opérationnel lors des rendez-vous clients
* Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et gérer les réclamations le cas échéant
* Garantir la rentabilité des dossiers en faisant les bons choix des fournisseurs en fonction de la volatilité du marché
