Job Description:


  • Recruitment and Onboarding


-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

-Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires


  • Employee Relations


-Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues

-Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution

-Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction


  • Performance Management


-Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance

-Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues

-Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs


  • Compliance and Policies


-Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation

-Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices adhere to legal standards


  • Compensation and Benefits / payroll


-Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration

-Handle employee benefits inquiries and manage open enrollment periods


  • HR Reporting and Analytics


-Prepare HR reports and metrics to inform management decisions

-Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements


  • Coordination with our HR team in Spain and Germany



Profile:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management
  • Language: English requested (fluent) – German or Spanish languages are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in HR software (Lucca…) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
