Key Responsibilities:


**NOTE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED** - Locations Might include France, Amsterdam, Germany and Spain.


Languages - Must be fluent in English. If proficient in French / German this is a benefit


Project Delivery:

  • Ensure project scope and RACI (responsibility assignment matrix) are established.
  • Ensure technical scope, site QSHE compliance, timely and budgeted project progress, and regular reporting
  • Create and manage detailed project plans.
  • Oversee identification, monitoring, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate dependencies and work closely with finance, HR, procurement, and IT teams.
  • Monitor third-party performance and contract compliance.
  • Support executive stakeholder engagement and manage integration into business-as-usual status.


Leadership and Communication:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop project resources.
  • Drive a collaborative culture and inspire change.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct weekly project review meetings and participate in steering committees.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualifications: Project Management certifications (PMI/PMP/Prince2) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
  • Significant experience in portfolio project management.
  • Success in managing large, complex, multi-national corporate projects.
  • Experience with scaled agile environments and familiarity with Scrum (desirable).
