Vous intégrez l'équipe Juridique, Fiscalité et vie Sociale composée de juristes et d'un fiscaliste
Vos missions
Vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Apporter un support juridique constant aux équipes d’Uptevia,
- Contractualiser des missions avec les Emetteurs, et avec les fournisseurs,
- Traiter des saisies, des avis à tiers détenteurs, des réquisitions judiciaires, des dossiers contentieux…,
- Opérer de la veille juridique afférente au Métier,
- Effectuer le recouvrement des créances et piloter es procédures collectives (liquidation judiciaire, redressement, sauvegarde etc.).
