Notre client, une Société de Gestion indépendante spécialisée sur le segment de la Dette Non Cotée, recherche, afin de renforcer ses équipes un(e) :


Head of Portfolio Management / Portfolio Management Director (H/F)


Enjeux et contexte et organisation :

Notre client gère des fonds de dette Infra, historiquement des Fonds de Dette Senior Secured avec un développement important de l’activité High Return, qui nécessitent un niveau de complexité et de suivi supérieur. L’objectif du recrutement est de positionner le département Portfolio Management comme un département autonome, avec des liens très forts avec l’équipe Front Office « origination et exécution » Infrastructure. Le poste est une création de poste avec une modification de l’organigramme afin de renforcer ce département et le positionnement de son responsable.

Dans ce cadre, la cible pour l’équipe Portfolio Management est un Head of Portfolio Management + 4 Portfolio Manager (3 CDI + 1 Stagiaire).


Missions :

1/ Périmètre du poste :

Le poste couvre tous les deals Infrastructure Senior et High Return post exécution du financement ou de la transaction à l’exception des deals en restructuring (projets suivis de manière ad hoc selon chaque projet). Au cas par cas, des projets peuvent rester ou revenir dans l’équipe qui a exécuté le deal.


2/ Rôle et organisation de l’équipe :

Le candidat recruté participera au comité d’investissement (sans droit de vote) et au comité de valorisation.


3/ Objectifs et enjeux principaux :

Assurer un suivi adapté à la complexité des transactions, engagé et proactif avec les emprunteurs en s’appuyant sur la structuration développée par le front, permettant de dégager une vue d’ensemble de la performance des portefeuilles senior et HY à des fins de reporting et communication et venant nourrir l’origination et l’analyse crédit de nouvelles transactions.


Validation de revues de credit (Credit Review « CR »), de grilles de notation, grilles SCR et gestion autonome des waivers mineurs (incluant la décision). Fluidifier les process de validation et éviter les goulots d’étranglement face à l’augmentation du nombre d’investissements à suivre.


4/ Credit Rating et Méthodologie

Assurer la cohérence des méthodes retenues par le front dans le process de crédit et suivi du rating des transactions.


Assurer la veille des méthodologies et du suivi du rating des secteurs par les principales agences (Fitch, Moodys’, S&P, Kroll, DBRS).


Suivi commercial des relations avec les agences retenues pour les fonds.


5/ Management de l’équipe portfolio management

Le Head of Portfolio Management sera en charge de l’organisation du travail, de la priorisation et de la communication dans l’équipe Portfolio Management, ainsi que de l’optimisation et de l’évolution des process et des outils du PM. Il/elle sera également en charge des recrutements, de la formation et de l’évaluation de ses équipes.


6/ Le Head of Portfolio Management sera également en charge des éléments suivants :

Des waivers majeurs avec le comité d’investissement.


Des reportings périodiques [trimestriels] : tableau de bord de suivi de la performance des deals, suivi des CR et Waivers mineurs. Présentation d’une synthèse et discussion avec le Front / Compliance / Middle / Sales…



Profil recherché :


Diplômé d’un Bac +5 avec au moins 10/15 ans d’expérience sur de la dette Infrastructure dans les domaines suivants :

  • Portfolio Management en Banque ou en Société de Gestion,
  • En Front Office en Société de Gestion ou en Banque avec le souhait de passer sur une fonction de Portfolio Management,
  • En cabinet - Transaction Services Infrastructure.


La connaissance de la classe d’actif Infrastructure est un prérequis : idéalement avec une connaissance du HY, à minima avec une connaissance du Secured et une capacité à monter sur des structures de dettes plus complexes.

Anglais : langue de travail au quotidien.
