L'hôtel EDOUARD 7, 4 étoiles Couture, 69 chambres, 1 restaurant et 1 bar, prestations banquets, recherche un assistant responsable F&B.
Vous assisterez le Responsable F&B à travers les différents points de vente (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, diner, minibar, room service, banquets)
Missions diverses :
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et le service des petits-déjeuners, déjeuners, diners, du bar, du room service, du minibar et des banquets
- Accueil, anticipation et réponses aux besoins de la clientèle
- Utilisation des outils de commandes (micros), facturation
- Connaissance de la carte et des produits
- Suivi des pertes et casses du département
- Suivi des procédures liées au bon fonctionnement du service
- Participation à la création des flyers et mise en place d’évènements et promotion sur les réseaux sociaux
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Connaissance des différents métiers de la salle
- Tenue vestimentaire et corporelle irréprochable
- Connaissances informatique (word, excel, micros, OPERA)
- Connaissance de langues étrangères, anglais indispensable
- Horaires variables selon les besoins du service
- Ponctualité
- Sens relationnel : Travail en équipe / Relation clientèle
- Sens de l'organisation
