Nous recherchons un·e Senior Technical Product Manager, pour notre client du secteur bancaire, afin de piloter des projets d'évolution ou de création de Services à Valeur Ajoutée pour le marché français et d'autres marchés selon les opportunités.


Mission :

  • Collaborer avec les équipes produit pour définir les exigences commerciales de haut niveau pour de nouveaux services ou des améliorations de services existants
  • Gérer la relation avec les produits, les services clients, le développement, les opérations, la cybersécurité, l'approvisionnement juridique et les équipes infrastructures
  • Coordonner les projets inter-équipes en gérant la planification des projets technologiques et en fournissant un soutien tout au long du processus
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance pour garantir le succès des projets
  • Assurer la conformité des activités de Service Design et la sécurité des solutions en termes de traitement et technologie (PCI-DSS, RGPD, etc.)


Activités Principales :

  • Maitrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet en cycle en V et en agile
  • Gestion de planning et du budget en jours/h
  • Garantie de la qualité des livrables (spécifications, applications, etc.)
  • Identification et suivi des exigences et écarts du client
  • Pilotage des estimations des écarts et gestion des risques
  • Support de niveau 3 pour les incidents/problèmes de production
  • Communication avec les clients externes sur les changements apportés et participation aux forums technologiques pertinents


Qualifications :

  • Connaissance de l'écosystème du paiement électronique
  • Expertise des protocoles, flux et traitements des transactions de paiement par carte (e-commerce, PSD2, 3DS, ACS, etc.)
  • Expérience en gestion de projets complexes ou multidisciplinaires et en relation client
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences et normes en matière de sécurité des systèmes de paiement (PCI-DSS, etc.)
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, de coordination, et en vision transversale
  • Expérience significative dans un environnement de services financiers ou de gestion des SI
