Qui sommes-nous ? La CNAF (Caisse Nationale des Allocations Familiales), tête de réseau des 101 CAF, représente la branche Famille de la Sécurité sociale et a pour mission de piloter la politique familiale et l'aide aux populations en situation de précarité ainsi que la politique d'action sociale.
Votre future direction : La Direction des Systèmes d'Informations de la Cnaf est composée d'environ 800 collaborateurs, répartis sur 11 sites en France, avec de fortes compétences technologiques et applicatives et la maîtrise de l'ensemble du processus de fabrication et d'exploitation des logiciels de la Branche Famille. Elle assure un fonctionnement optimal et maximal de l'ensemble des processus de gestion et production, avec une exigence de service accrue, et innove pour s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques et aux attentes de ses clients.
Votre futur service : la Direction du Contrôle Interne et de la Sécurité Numérique (DCISN) contribue à la maitrise de la sécurité du SI et a pour objectifs de mettre en place les postures de sécurisation des Systèmes d'Information (SI), de détection des tentatives de compromission, de contrôle de l'application des politiques et processus. Nouvellement constituée de trois départements Gouvernance Risques Conformité (GRC), Cyberdéfense (SOC), Architectures Résilientes (ASR), la DCISN accompagne tous les usages numériques pour faire de la cyber sécurité un moteur de performance pour tous dans un contexte réglementaire riche. Description du poste Concrètement votre futur au quotidien ? Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la DCISN, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la coordination des projets cybersécurité de la direction.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements, les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes internes/externes à la DSI pour assurer le suivi des projets de la direction, de la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions et, plus globalement, pour garantir la protection des systèmes d'information de la branche Famille contre les cybermenaces. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers d'Homologation RGS des SI,
- Organiser et animer des ateliers et des réunions de suivi de projet,
- Élaborer et maintenir la documentation des projets,
- Produire des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets.
- Maîtrise des techniques et méthodologies de gestion de projets techniques spécifiques à lacyber sécurité,
- Maîtrise de la méthodologie d'analyse de risques Ebios RM et des techniques d'audits,
- Qualités rédactionnelles avérées et maîtrise des techniques de communication écrite et orale,
- Ouverture d'esprit et force de proposition,
- Sens de l'équipe, de l'échange, du partage et du travail collectif,
- Forte autonomie alliée à une capacité à rendre compte,
- Bonne capacité d'adaptation au changement.
