Haya Energy Solutions (HES) is an energy consultancy firm created in 2011 in Paris and currently based in France (Paris) and Spain (Seville). HES supports companies to optimize their value chain: from strategy definition to day-to-day operations. HES analyses the specific market scenario and regulatory framework and evaluates the technical and economic conditions to offer unique ad-hoc solutions at different levels. In addition, HES also participates in Mergers & Acquisitions processes, from screening to Due Diligences. HES is formed by recognized experts and consultants with a wide experience of more than 20 years in the energy sector.
What do we look for?
We are looking for a new team member with a technical background (engineering, economics, business or similar) ideally with knowledge of the energy sector.
Your main tasks will be, among others:
- Development of different models: short- and long-term electricity and gas price forecasting, forecasting the operation of generation assets, etc.
- Participation in the definition of strategies and subsequent implementation of energy procurement.
- Assessment of clients’ risk exposure, market volatility and definition of a strategy energy plan
- Analysis of the efficiency of thermal power plants and estimation of the market value of potential improvements.
- Active role in communicating with customers to anticipate their needs and ensure that each of our solutions hits the mark.
- Involvement in recurring activities (marketing, information campaigns) and their organisation.
- Monitoring of market conditions and applicable regulation.

What do we require?
- From 0 to 2 years professional experience in the energy sector.
- Languages: high level of English mandatory plus French very valuable
- Organised, always in a good mood and able to work in a team.
- Must have permission to work in Spain
- You are familiar with the main Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
