You will BE part of Believe's Artist Services Central Training team, which is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training and communication initiatives for local audiences.
In this context, you will BE involved in :
Training Preparation for A&R :
- Design and develop e-learning courses tailored for our sales teams, including structuring the courses, writing module content, and creating assessments.
- Produce engaging video content in various formats such as tutorials, interviews, and pitches.
- Organize and facilitate live training sessions for our sales teams across more than 15 countries, focusing on dynamic presentations and interactive session management using online tools.
Communication & Knowledge :
- Craft informative articles to explain new processes, tool usage, or sales strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams.
- Develop comprehensive presentations aimed at improving the skill sets of our sales teams
Onboarding New Recruits :
- Ensure new recruits have access to all necessary tools and resources.
- Provide support during introductory calls and assist new team members as they transition into their roles.
- Apprentice at a business or communication school (M2)
- Good knowledge of video editing, PowerPoint presentation and other communication tools
- Experience in training design
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels and to produce high-quality communication materials for different audiences
- Experience in project management
- Rigorous, organised, autonomous, very good ability to summarise and adapt to a wide range of subjects
- English essential
- Proficiency with on Movavi, 360Learning, Canva and Office Suite is a plus
