Rockwell Pharmasuite Serialization
Overall 5-10 years in Pharmasuite (Serialization Module)
Location : Gidy (France)
- Rockwell Pharmasuite Serialization OR Any Serialization Support experience
- Provide Level 1, 2 & 3 applications support
- Manage helpdesk tickets in alignment with ITIL standards
- Provide an internal workaround while working on resolution
- Find root cause of critical incidents with impact on business
- Participate in the Pre-Operations verifications and commissioning phases activities
- Interacts with third-parties and teams to find solutions to issues and fix tickets
- Participate actively in the updating of application’s documentation linked to support activities
- Ensure 24/5 application support coverage.
Technical Skills : Pharmasuite Serialization OR Any Serialization, MES, C#, .NET, SQL (Or similar technologies)
Education : Bachelors in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Language: French and English
