Votre mission
Projets client : Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe à résoudre des problématiques stratégiques. Quelques exemples de missions:
- Extraction massive de données structurées depuis des documents dans le cadre de la gestion de portefeuille crédit corporate. Pipeline de RAG avancé, déployée sur une infrastructure GPUs on premise
- Génération d’analyses financières à partir de données structurées, déployé on premise dans le secteur bancaire.
- Développement d’agents conversationnels permettant d’exploiter des bases de données pour la production d’insights marketing, déployé sur le cloud. Secteur: FMCG.
Formation : Vous contribuerez au développement et à l’animation de nos formations axées autour de l’IA Générative en production.
Innovation : Vous participez activement à la R&D, à travers l’enrichissement de nos librairies internes, véritable accélérateurs dans le delivery de nos missions.
Profil recherché :Solide expérience en tant que Data Scientist ou Machine Learning Engineer dans un contexte de production.Solide expérience en NLP, connaissance théorique et pratique des LLMs.
- Compétences avancées en Python et des bonnes pratiques de développement et déploiement logiciel.
- Maîtrise du cycle de vie des modèles de Machine Learning
- Pédagogue, vous êtes à l'aise dans l’interaction client, vous êtes capable d’adapter votre communication à divers publics.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en maintenant une forte autonomie. Vous partagez nos valeurs : Passion, Curiosité, Transparence, Partage.
