leverage the power of technology to achieve their goals. We are currently seeking a dynamic and
experienced D365 Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project deliveries.
Position Overview: As a D365 Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of D365 projects, managing and coordinating multiple teams, and overseeing launch initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and the ability to work effectively in an international setting. The role involves some travel to client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of D365 projects, ensuring they are completed
on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Management: Manage and coordinate multiple teams, including developers,
consultants, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong
relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource
allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high
standards of quality and client requirements.
• Launch Initiatives: Oversee the planning and execution of project launch initiatives, ensuring
smooth transitions and successful go-lives.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to
stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required to facilitate project delivery and build
strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with D365 projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
