Dans le cadre de son développement international, Lipault est à la recherche d’un(e) Brand Content Manager. Rattaché(e) directement au Brand Manager Lipault International, ses principales missions seront :

  • la compréhension des enjeux & besoins de la marque en terme de supports, ainsi que leur hiérarchisation ;
  • le pilotage de la création des contenus propres aux différents canaux de diffusions (internes et externes) ainsi que leurs déploiements (social, web, éditorial, print, relations presse …).


Elle/il sera garant(e) de la qualité et de la singularité de ces contenus dans le respect de l’ADN de marque tout en faisant preuve de curiosité vis-à-vis de son environnement.

En accord et collaboration avec la direction artistique, la/le brand content manager devra ainsi faire preuve de créativité afin de trouver des concepts et idées originales pour ces contenus ainsi que pour tout autre activation marketing/médiatique dont elle/il sera responsable et ce, en collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe marketing/communication.


Enfin et en tant que personne référente du contenu de marque, elle/il devra veiller à la bonne utilisation et application des contenus sur les différents supports réalisés par les autres pôles ainsi que par les filières de l’enseigne.


Ses missions :


Création de contenu

  • Pilotage des productions de campagnes publicitaires (brief, suivi de projet, castings, stylisme, coordination sur les shootings, relations avec les prestataires…)
  • Gestion de la création de contenu destinés aux réseaux sociaux (photos, vidéos…)
  • Anticipation des besoins de contenus additionnels relatifs à l’assortiment principal et coordination de leur production
  • Rédaction et partage des guidelines (droits & utilisations) relatives aux différents contenus
  • Création et update de la charte graphique de Marque
  • Gestion des shootings packshots produits à destination du e-shop et catalogues produits


Editorial

  • Rédaction du contenu éditorial web (blog)


Communication interne

  • Mise à jour des outils internes (brand book, brand présentations etc…)
  • Rédaction et édition des newsletters internes en collaboration avec les différents pôles


Gestion des plans Medias

  • Suivi et coordination des placements produits
  • Gestion des campagnes OOH en collaboration avec les prestataires
  • Collaboration avec les services PR sur l’organisation d’évènements et autres activations marketing


Management

  • Co-gestion d’un(e) apprenti(e)
  • Management transversal : référent(e) international(e) / conseil / accompagnement d’une stratégie en local pour nos filières et distributeurs



Profil recherché


Titulaire d’un Master en école de commerce, université, de formation de type communication, digital ou marketing, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance rédactionnelle, votre sensibilité pour l’esthétisme, et surtout pour votre créativité.

  • Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience sur le même type de poste en France ou à l’international.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) et avez une forte sensibilité pour l’univers de la mode.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(euse), réactif(ve) et avec un excellent sens des priorités.
  • Vous travaillez avec anticipation, individuellement comme en équipe, et disposez d’un bon sens relationnel.
  • Excellent niveau de Français oral et écrit
  • Anglais courant et parfaite maîtrise du pack Office nécessaires
