Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur de l'Ingénierie et du Digital, un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Senior ayant une expérience significative en développement de Logiciels Embarqués.
VOTRE RÔLE
- Capter puis traduire de manière claire et exhaustive les exigences techniques internes/externes.
- Identifier et uniformiser les procédés et standards opérationnels auprès de tout l'écosystème direct.
- Construire, piloter fonctionnellement et coacher les équipes techniques dédiées (30 ETP) : Cadrage, Planning Management, Launch/Intégration, People Management, Budget Management, Gestion de la Qualité, Déploiement d'Outils, Développement des Compétences.
- Garantir et monitorer l’atteinte des objectifs via un suivi des projets et un reporting approprié et récurrent interne/externe.
- Développer et promouvoir les solutions/services techniques déployés, supporter les phases d'avant-vente, identifier les opportunités afin d'assurer la croissance du périmètre.
- Manager et fluidifier les interactions et les points de gouvernance internes (équipes) / externes (clients) en considérant la stratégie long-terme du groupe.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Background : Diplôme d'ingénieur ou MSc en Ingénierie / Gestion de Projets / Software Development (ou discipline connexe)
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle au sein d'un environnement de développement de logiciels embarqués (Idéalement : Aéronautique, Automobile ou Défense)
- Expérience réussie en management d'équipes et management de projets techniques (scope complet : Coûts, Qualité, Délais, People)
- Idéal : Management de Projets Structurés et/ou Transfer of Work vers Delivery Centers Near/Offshore
- Personnalité affirmée, Autonomie, Adaptabilité et Leadership
- IMPORTANT : Français et Anglais (Lu, Ecrit, Parlé)
