Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Ingénieur(e) commissioning pour soutenir notre équipe d'ingénierie. Le candidat idéal possédera une première et significative expérience en ingénierie des procédés ou des équipements mécaniques.
Responsabilités:
- Assurer la préparation des travaux avec qualité et respect des plannings, du budget et du contrat, durant la phase de conception technique avancée.
- Coordonner avec les différentes disciplines d'ingénierie impliquées dans la conception du projet pour garantir l'intégration des exigences de commissioning lors de la conception.
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les stratégies, procédures, modes opératoires et études techniques pour les phases de pré-commissioning et commissioning. Intégrer les exigences du projet et du client.
- Élaborer une stratégie de complétion et de remise du projet. Définir le périmètre des zones de travail de construction et la systématisation préliminaire.
- Préparer des études techniques pour les activités clés du PC&C telles que les courbes de charge électrique, les estimations de consommation des utilités, les études de nettoyage chimique, etc.
- Estimer les quantités pour soutenir les appels d'offres des sous-traitants spécialisés.
Compétences requises:
- Connaissance des processus et méthodologies de pré-commissioning et commissioning.
- Compétences en coordination multi-disciplinaire en ingénierie
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Anglais courant
