We design, own, and operate specialized 'Servicers' aimed at providing comprehensive in-orbit services to satellite operators within geostationary orbit. Our core mission focuses on asset inspection, lifespan extension, and end-of-life management, ensuring our clients' investments achieve their maximum potential and beyond.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated GNC Systems Engineer to join our Rendezvous team in Toulouse. This role is key to the development and enhancement of our Rendezvous solution, contributing directly to the mission's success through systems engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
Job Description
- Manage and refine system requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and
- operational parameters.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Identify and establish connections with new collaborators.
- Actively participate in the definition of Rendezvous ConOps (Concept of Operations)
- and Safety Concepts, including Failure Detection, Isolation, and Recovery (FDIR) strategies.
- Support the development and execution of GNC Validation & Verification processes to
- ensure the reliability and efficacy of the Rendezvous solution.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in GNC/AOCS systems within the aerospace sector, particularly in spacecraft or satellite operations.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing requirements and interfacing with international suppliers and collaborators.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external partners.
