Role: ERP Admin with experience in Baan Finance System

Location: Montluel, France

Employment Type: Permanent, B2B, Sub-con

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Work Mode: 100% in office

Language: English, French (B1/B2 minimum)


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management Oversee the daily operations of the Baan ERP system ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Support and Troubleshooting Provide support for Baan ERP users troubleshooting issues and resolving problems promptly
  • System Optimization Continuously evaluate and optimize the Baan ERP system to improve performance and user experience
  • Integration and Implementation Assist in the integration and implementation of new modules and functionalities within the Baan ERP system
  • Data Management Ensure data integrity perform data migrations and manage data updates within the Baan ERP system
  • User Training Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the Baan ERP system
  • Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations processes and procedures
  • Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams’ business units and stakeholders to align the Baan ERP system with business needs


Skills:

  • 5+ years of extensive work experience in Finance package in ERP LN/Baan
  • Hands on experience in Service Module of Baan / Infor ERP
  • Experience in Baan / Infor ERP Manufacturing & logistics will be added advantage
  • Hands on presales experience and business solution proposition is good to have
  • Hands on 2 full life cycle of BaaN IV, BaaN 5 and ERP LN 6.1 (FP5 and FP7 10.4 or Later) implementation
  • Finance implementation and production support experience is must.
  • Designing and implementing systems & procedures.
  • Experience in handling US or Europe customer will be an added advantage
  • Business process mapping with required Financial Integration.
  • Vertex taxation knowledge is good to have
  • Should have sound knowledge of the following - Company Data Set-up, Logical Table Sharing, Design DEM Flow, Financial table master, Financial Parameters, Chart of Account, Business Process Simulation, GL, ACP & ACR module, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Management, Project accounting in LN, Central Invoicing and Taxation Set up, Users Training, Financial Statement
  • Ensure project’s compliance to the Org. process & quality standards.
