Nowadays, the industry is entering its fourth revolution. The terms "Factory 4.0", "Industry 4.0" and "Factory of the Future" have been chosen to describe this new era, which can be defined as "the ability to massively customize products for a reduced production time and cost".


Through its Agility 4.0™ program, Sidel is a recognized player in this new revolution. This program consists of five main pillars (Virtual Factory, Smart Factory and Machines, Connected Factory, Eco-Responsible Factory and Extended Factory) and brings together numerous initiatives in fields as varied as advanced materials and manufacturing techniques, connectivity, data collection, smart machines, robotics and robotics, and also energy management.


To strengthen the digital team, Sidel is looking for a digital technical engineer.


Responsibilities :


  • Manage technical digital projects about Network, Cybersecurity, data collection on OT and IIOT
  • Collect needs from users and customers
  • Define project planning
  • Write specifications
  • Standardize and deploy
  • Support internal users and customers in international environment
  • Promote digital solutions


Qualifications :


  • English: B2 Level minimum
  • French
  • Technical project management
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in OT and IIOT
  • Network knowledge (IP, switching, routing…)
  • Cybersecurity notions
  • Skills to communicate and to convince
  • Positive attitude and good relationship
  • Rigor, integrity, autonomy and organized
