Main tasks and duties:
› Responsible for managing the recruitment process from writing (or co-writing) and publishing job advertisements, candidate pipelining up to issuing candidate offers - you will monitor the recruiting process and plan.
› Create an exceptional hiring experience for both applicants and hiring managers by delivering outstanding service, advice, and recommendations.
› Formulate and execute a strategy for Talent Acquisition focused on attracting and engaging top talents.
Establish and sustain connections with pertinent networks/agencies and educational institutions.
› Compile ongoing metrics from Talent Acquisition
› Promote ongoing enhancement and use of proven strategies in recruitment processes.
› Be aware of regulatory requirements pertaining to Talent acquisition in different locations.
› Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to update Talent Acquisition strategy.
› Show expertise as a Talent Acquisition specialist and understand regional specifics to recommend recruitment strategies and sourcing methods and tools that help create a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
› Coordinate the new hire arrival with the HR team.
› Focus on enhancing our Employer brand by using social media and collaborating with the Global Communications team.
› Develop detailed recruitment guides and interview matrices to evaluate core competencies, behaviors, and alignment with organisational culture.
Requirements:
› At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment.
› Exceptional skill in evaluating individuals and identifying talent.
› Pragmatic and efficient, with robust business acumen and sound practicality to steer towards actionable and achievable recommendations.
› Essential to possess a proactive and positive attitude, continually exceeding expectations.
› Skilled at listening and communicating, presenting a strong personal presence and confidence, known for integrity and straightforwardness across different organisational levels.
› Must be hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload
› Be a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets
› Good knowledge of location employment laws
› Excellent influencing, organisational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management
› Must have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
› Proficient in English and has a strong command of French.
