VOTRE MISSION
Au sein de la Direction Informatique du Groupe SUEZ, le Service SI Finance/Achats Groupe et Recyclage & Valorisation France, sous forme d’un Centre de Compétences SAP & Ivalua, est responsable de la maintenance, des montées de version et du déploiement des applications du Groupe sur le paysage applicatif suivant :
- un ERP SAP S/4HANA, modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR),
- un système décisionnel SAP BW sur Hana,
- un ERP SAP ECC sur Hana (modules FI/CO/FSCM),
- un système SAP Business One,
- un système Concur
- et un système P2P basé sur une plateforme Ivalua.
Ce service est composé de 4 équipes :
- Solutions et Portefeuille de projets : responsables fonctionnels ou responsables de solutions et chefs de projet impliqués dans les activités Run ou Build
- Solutions SAP BI : experts SAP dans les solutions Datawarehouse & EPM
- Opérations : experts techniques (Sécurité/Infrastructure/BC/développement/intégration/gestion de contrats TMA/TME)
- Relation avec les métiers et gestion du changement
Le Business Relationship Manager gère ce dernier domaine et est directement rattaché au responsable du Centre de Compétence SAP/Ivalua.
Sa mission principale consiste à assurer la liaison efficace entre les équipes informatiques SAP/Ivalua et les utilisateurs métier. Il sera garant de la communication et de la gestion des relations métier pour garantir l'alignement des projets informatiques SAP avec les objectifs et les besoins de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités :
Gestion des relations métier :
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés des différents départements métier pour garantir la collaboration et l'alignement des objectifs.
- Animer le réseau des Utilisateurs référents des solutions du Centre de Compétences SAP/Ivalua et promouvoir le rôle de Référent métier.
Communication et formation :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication efficaces pour informer et éduquer les parties prenantes sur les projets, les mises à jour et les réalisations de l'équipe informatique SAP.
- Assurer la diffusion d'informations pertinentes aux différentes parties prenantes, en utilisant divers canaux de communication (newsletters, réunions de partage, etc…)
- Organiser et animer des réunions, des ateliers et des formations pour faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les équipes informatiques SAP et les départements métier.
- Gérer le fonds documentaire du Centre de Compétence SAP/Ivalua (livrables projets, PAQ, support de formation, …)
Pilotage de la vision métier au sein des activités
- Organiser les recueils de besoins métiers, initier les Project Initiation Document (PID) et piloter leur co-construction avec le métier jusqu’à leur validation
- Contribuer au suivi des performances des projets (coût, valeur métier, délai, qualité et respect de la méthodologie projet) sur la vision métier, et recommander des améliorations pour optimiser leur efficacité et leur alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise, et s’assurer de la satisfaction des partenaires métier
- Animer la conduite du Changement sur l’ensemble des projets du Centre de Compétences SAP/Ivalua
- Fournir un appui méthodologique aux projets du Centre de Compétences SAP/Ivalua
VOTRE PROFIL
Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion des affaires ou domaine connexe.
Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de gestion de projet. Un diplôme avancé ou des certifications pertinentes (par exemple, Prince 2 ou PMI) sont un plus.
Connaissance en environnements SAP, incluant les principaux modules SAP (FI/CO/PS/SD/MM/HR) et les enjeux de la fonction Comptabilité et Contrôle de Gestion ou Finance.
Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire, idéalement au sein d'une équipe informatique SAP ou d'un environnement de projet informatique complexe.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, et aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs aux profils variés.
Solides compétences en gestion des relations et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes et parties prenantes.
Esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, et aptitude à prendre des décisions éclairées.
