Our in-house developed software and customer-focused philosophy have positioned us as the leading hosting management company for B2B events in Europe.
We work for prestigious events, whether institutional (French Presidency of the European Union, Africa-France Summit 2021, G7 Biarritz 2019, etc.), professional (Mobile World Congress, Equip Auto, Jec World, International Cybersecurity Forum), sporting (Roland Garros) or artistic (Primavera Sound Festival Barcelona).
As well as accommodation, in our core business, we don't forget our customers' overall experience and offer a wide range of services that are essential to the smooth running of an event: catering, transport logistics, networking events, cocktails, gala evenings, conferences, excursion programs, etc.
We are now looking for a SENIOR MICE Project Manager to coordinate all the operational, technical and commercial aspects of the events entrusted to the appropiate candidate.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible in particular for :
- taking briefs and defining clients' objectives and requirements
- drawing up commercial proposals and budgets
- sourcing venues
- selecting and coordinating service providers before and during the event
- post-event monitoring to measure the success of the event and invoicing
- supervising Project Management
If you have proven experience (minimum 7 years) in managing events projects, from planning to execution, excellent organizational and time management skills to handle several projects simultaneously, solid written and oral communication skills in French and English, a very good knowledge of the events offering from Cannes to Monaco, and, lastly, are used to dealing with the challenges and unforeseen events, send us your application.
