Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support cloud infrastructures, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Maintain systems, applications, security, and network/device configurations.
- Troubleshoot network and device issues and recommend upgrades and new applications.
- Build and mentor a technical support team while establishing IT standards and guidelines.
- Design infrastructure solutions for various platforms and technologies.
- Manage core IT solutions and administer cloud services, operating systems, mobile devices, and network services.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and repair system failures.
- Write and maintain SOPs and documentation for systems.
Requirements
- EU Passport
- Leadership experience in IT Operations.
- Extensive experience in systems administration.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Relevant technical certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Knowledge of various regulations.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Six Sigma Tools, and ITIL practices.
- Experience with global companies or startups is a plus.
- Experience in the auto manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus.
