VO2 GROUP: The Bright Side of Tech

En tant que Business Developer en alternance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de notre practice IT Solution.

Votre mission sera d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, de développer des relations solides avec les clients et de soutenir le cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion.
Vous collaborerez avec les équipes commerciales et techniques pour comprendre les besoins des clients, préparer des propositions sur mesure et contribuer à des initiatives stratégiques visant à élargir notre base de clients dans le secteur IT.

Missions :
Support aux équipes Sales et Recrutement :
-Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et de recrutement pour les accompagner dans leurs activités quotidiennes et leurs objectifs.
Identification des besoins en recrutement :
- Identifier les besoins en recrutement au sein de la practice en coordination avec les managers.
- Participer au processus de sourcing et d'évaluation des candidats pour répondre aux besoins identifiés.
Prospection commerciale et recrutement :
- Effectuer des campagnes de prospection téléphonique et par email pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Participer à l'élargissement du vivier de talents pour renforcer les équipes de la practice.
Ouverture de nouveaux comptes :
- Identifier et démarcher de nouveaux clients potentiels afin de développer le portefeuille de la practice.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des prospects jusqu'à la conversion en client actifs.

Processus de recrutement
1. Un premier contact d'environ quarante-cinq minutes, avec Shelly , sera établi une fois votre candidature approuvée.
2. Ensuite, vous aurez un entretien RH de 45 min avec les directeurs de la practice IT SOLUTION, Stephane et Aurore . Suivi de 45 min avec le reste de l'équipe Imane et Latifa .

Et enfin, vous pourrez poser vos valises au 100 Réaumur au cœur de Paris, prêt(e) pour une nouvelle et belle aventure.
