Le Groupe vendéen Europe Snacks, fondé en 1991, est devenu en 30 ans le leader européen sur le marché des produits salés apéritifs à marque de distributeurs.

L'actionnaire majoritaire est Seven 2 depuis 2013, le groupe évolue donc dans un contexte sous LBO, lui permettant d'avoir une actualité riche.


Grâce à sa connaissance fine des différents segments de marché, son savoir-faire industriel et sa dynamique d'innovation, le groupe développe et produit une large gamme de chips traditionnelles ou maison, de snacks extrudés, frits et soufflés, de popcorns, de crackers et de tuiles apéritives, pour ses clients distributeurs et industriels de l'agro-alimentaire.




Contexte & missions :



Au sein de la direction financière groupe, nous recrutons un stagiaire Corporate & financial control analyst dont les missions s’articuleront autour de deux axes principaux :

  • Corporate finance :
  • Soutien à l’élaboration de présentations destinées au top management (revues mensuelles, présentation banques, plan stratégique…),
  • Analyse de cash flows et de dette financière nette,
  • Business plan : modélisation, analyse de sensibilités et mise à jour,
  • Participation aux opérations M&A

  • Financial control :
  • Assister l’équipe dans l’élaboration des reportings mensuels groupe et la consolidation des remontées des reporting des différents pays,
  • Apporter un support dans le suivi des évolutions et la mise en place de nouveaux reportings,
  • Analyses ponctuelles à la demande des directions stratégique, financière et business

Le/la stagiaire sera rattaché(e) au Responsable du Contrôle financier groupe et au Directeur M&A & Projets finance.



Profil recherché :



  • Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’École Supérieure de Commerce ou équivalent universitaire, vous avez déjà réalisé un stage en finance (avec idéalement une première expérience en cabinet d’audit financier ou transaction services)
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques avec aisance (particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint)
  • Enthousiaste, très rigoureux (se), dynamique, organisé(e), vous avez un très bon sens du contact et un vrai goût pour le travail en équipe
  • Vous savez prendre des initiatives et disposez d’une forte capacité d’adaptation
  • Votre Anglais est courant
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement international, dynamique et évolutif
