To our international team, we are looking for a Team Leader for an IT support team of 5 operating in an international environment. You will be looking after a team located in France. The team provides internal local and remote IT support. Our primary responsibilities are providing 1st and 2nd level user support, keeping our meeting rooms tidy and functional, purchasing IT equipment, asset management lifecycle, and many others. With other Team Leaders and Managers, you will participate in interesting projects where you will have a chance to implement your own ideas and improvements. Your team will not be large, so we expect you to get your hands dirty whenever needed, supporting your colleagues in Carriers or remotely yourself.


Key responsibilities:


IT Team Management: Define objectives, manage resources and availability, provide guidance and support to team members and develop your staff.


End User Support: Offer 1st and 2nd level support to colleagues for IT-related issues.


Ticket Handling: Oversee ticket management, prioritize end user requests, handle urgent incident escalations, and generate reports.


User Account Management: Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and resources efficiently.


Audit Support: Assist in local audits as needed.


Projects: Support central and local IT projects and ensure successful delivery.


Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and activities.



Desired Qualifications:


  • University degree in computer science or management or comparable education
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of IT working experience
  • Overall knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies
  • Experience & knowledge in IT endpoint hardware & Operating Systems
  • Experience & knowledge in prioritizing, dispatching & overseeing end user requests
  • Experience & knowledge in user account and access management
  • Experience & knowledge in IT asset management
  • Experience & knowledge in project oriented work
  • Knowledge of Information Security principles
  • Preferably understanding of ITIL framework
  • Advanced English skills in speech and writing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and communicate to stakeholders
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to act in an international and virtualized work environment
  • Intercultural, customer and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Driving License B
