Your mission with us

— Position : Industrial Safety / Process Safety Engineer

— Type of contract : Permanent contract

— Localisation : La Défense, Ile de France

— Starting date : as soon as possible


Responsibilities:


You will work with 1 to 2 junior Water Treatment Engineers and perform the following tasks under the supervision of the Water Treatment Units Process Lead:


  • Review PFDs, P&IDs, and other process deliverables prepared by Junior Engineers
  • Review equipment data sheets developed by Junior Engineers
  • Participate in various reviews, including PFD/PID, HAZOP, 3D Model, etc.
  • Assess vendors' technical proposals
  • Serve as an interface with the client


These tasks will be related to the following units:

  • Electrochlorination Unit
  • Potable and Service Water Unit
  • Desalinated Water Storage and Pumping
  • Site Drainage: Collection and Transfer of Run-off Waters



The services to be performed require the following skills and experience:

  • Expertise in industrial sectors with a specialization in Water Treatment, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in this field.
  • Proficiency in water treatment technologies, including Electrochlorination, cooling water, potable and service water, effluent collection, and more.
  • Familiarity with software such as LPLWin, WAVE, OLI, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in process engineering design is essential.
  • Experience in managing teams of process engineers is an asset.
