Huawei's French wireless product manufacturing plant focuses on the production of 4G/5G wireless communication equipment to build a highly automated and intelligent manufacturing plant.

Main Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating any kind of contracts such as Construction related Contracts, Procurement Contracts, NDAs, …

Providing strong support to compliance related topics in particular: HR, EHS, GDPR, Financing, Corporate governance, Product admission, Cyber security etc.

Following up the construction project and provide any necessary legal support, lead the legal co-operation with the external law firm for the critical or specific legal topic.

Dealing with daily corporate legal management of the entity.

Tracing French and European regulatory changes and training our Business Units in legal issues.

Gain insight and understand the various laws and regulations in France, provide necessary suggestions to the management team, and assist the management team in developing legal and compliant policies.

Provide professional and effective legal services for business teams, assist management team in establishing prevention mechanisms for various scenarios in compliance with local laws and regulations, and identify and resolve issues in advance.

Requirements:

Fully qualified lawyer.

3 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm,

Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach,

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French (legal French), Chinese would be appreciated.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive attitude.

Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff.
