Les équipes Supply Chain France recherchent un(e) Senior Demand Planner dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe pendant un remplacement de congé maternité.
Le / La candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de prévoir la demande des produits afin d'assurer une disponibilité optimale tout en minimisant les coûts d'inventaire.
Les missions principales du Senior Demand Planner seront :
- Analyser les données historiques de ventes et les tendances du marché pour élaborer des prévisions de demande précises.
- Identifier et analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les ventes réelles, et proposer des actions correctives.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente, marketing et production pour recueillir des informations pertinentes et ajuster les prévisions en conséquence.
- Préparation et animation du cycle S&OP
- Participer à la planification des promotions et des lancements de nouveaux produits en fournissant des prévisions de demande.
- Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) relatifs à la gestion de la demande et proposer des améliorations continues.
Le / la candidat(e) retenu(e) pour le poste sera :
- Diplôme en supply chain , en gestion d’une école de commerce, ingénieure ou université
- Expérience préalable en tant que Demand Planner ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d’une entreprise de grande consommation
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler avec des données complexes.
- Maîtrise des outils de prévision de la demande et des logiciels de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (La maitrise de SAP IBP ou AOP serait un plus)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Proactivité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome.
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et du [autres langues requises, si applicable].
Le poste est basé à Colombes ( 92 ) et il sera demandé de venir au siège au moins 2 jours par semaine.
