Then here's what awaits you :

As a corporate procurement category manager
at Hendrix Genetics, you will report to the Global Procurement Director and BE
part of our Global Procurement team. Your daily tasks will include :
two direct reports : François, junior buyer, and Maëliss, purchasing intern.
- Actively
contributing to the Procurement transformation by promoting the adoption of new
practices and fostering innovation.
to the deployment of the group purchasing strategy.
- Supporting the development, alignment and
implementation of the category strategy
- Managing
purchasing projects (objectives, team, planning, governance).
- Identifying
new purchasing opportunities that create value for the company in collaboration
with internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing
expenses in coordination with internal stakeholders and finance.
- Playing
a key role in supplier identification, development and relationship management
- Driving
negotiations and tenders on regional and global scale; working closely with
local stakeholders to define & implement local procurement initiatives
- Contributing
to the Group's financial results by developing and implementing a performance
management plan.
- Providing
regular reporting to the group procurement director, internal stakeholders, and
finance.

Louisa will contact you for a phone interview lasting around 15 minutes (if you
don't answer, we'll schedule IT for another time )

3- You will meet Loïc, Group Procurement
Director, then Dominique, Operational Excellence Director.

4- Louisa will get back to you to
debrief you and you'll take a personality test.

5- If you pass, you sign your contract
and become part of our team

6- We'll give you time to settle in,
and then you'll BE invited to an integration session with all the new arrivals

Louisa will BE available at every
stage of the process to answer any questions you may have
