About The Internship

Our Internship Program lasts 3-6 months. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you have the rare chance to create a global impact - we're moving real people and assets and reinventing transportation and logistics. We offer expansive mentorship from Cainiao employees to guide you through your internship experience and for you to build personal connections and friendships with hardworking people who share your passion for technology.


What You'll Do

1. Assist in Recruitment Process: Support the recruitment process for warehouse positions in France by assisting in tasks such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing communication with candidates;

2. Maintain Communication: Help maintain effective communication with operational departments to understand their employment needs and standards, and assist in completing recruitment tasks promptly;

3. Channel Management Support: Assist in the operation of recruitment channels, such as managing job site resources and supporting headhunting efforts to enhance channel effectiveness;

4. Data Analysis Support: Aid in the analysis of recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment effectiveness;


Basic Qualifications

1. Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree Program: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area;

2. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

3. Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and candidates;

4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment; 5. Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to assist in data analysis tasks;

6. Initiative and Independence: Willingness to take initiative and work independently under supervision;

7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks;

8. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) is required. Chinese language is a plus;
