DESCRIPTION
QuinSpark Investment Partners est un investisseur hôtelier et partenaire opérationnel indépendant créé en 2023 par Frédéric de Brem et Stéphane Obadia, qui avaient précédemment contribué à créer et développer Algonquin entre 2003 et 2018. Fort d’un portefeuille d’environ 2 milliards d’euros d’actifs hôteliers, la société a été vendue en 2018 à Schroders, que Frédéric de Brem et Stéphane Obadia ont accompagné pendant cinq années supplémentaires.
Depuis la création d'Algonquin et leur départ en 2023, Frédéric de Brem et Stéphane Obadia ont réalisé plus de 120 acquisitions dans le secteur hôtelier européen des établissements 3, 4 et 5 étoiles, pour un volume d'investissement cumulé d'environ 4 milliards d'euros. Ces acquisitions ont été réalisées grâce au développement de partenariats multiples avec des investisseurs institutionnels, des family offices et des fonds de capital-investissement, que ce soit à travers des coentreprises ou des fonds d'investissement dédiés à cette classe d'actifs.
QuinSpark est le nouveau véhicule d’acquisition et d’asset management de ces deux entrepreneurs qui, au côté de partenaires investisseurs, cherchent à développer sur le long terme un portefeuille d’actifs hôteliers et para hôteliers européens dont ils détiendront et géreront les murs et les fonds de commerce.
Depuis sa création, QuinSpark a acquis trois hôtels 4 étoiles dans les Alpes françaises et l'hôtel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel à Paris (propriété 4*, 430 clés, acheté avec Morgan Stanley Real Estate).
MISSIONS
Basé(e) à Paris, la ou le stagiaire participera au développement du portefeuille d’actifs sous la supervision du responsable des investissements. Les missions incluront notamment :
• Modélisation d’investissements hôteliers en France et en Europe
• Montage et structuration du financement
• Rédaction de supports d’investissement et de financement
• Préparation des comités d’investissement
• Réalisation d’études de marché
• Suivi des investissements
PROFIL RECHERCHE
• Etudiant(e) en Master dans le cadre d’une année de césure ou en stage de fin d’études
• Une spécialisation en finance ou dans l’immobilier serait un plus
• Bonnes connaissances en comptabilité exigées
• Goût pour l’immobilier et l’hôtellerie
• Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel
• Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office)
• Français et anglais courants obligatoires
