Au sein de votre équipe #OneTeam

  • Notre Unit Analytics a pour but de proposer des solutions en charge de collecter et modéliser la donnée, créer les outils pour l'exploiter, la transformer et enfin, la valoriser.
  • Au sein de l'équipe Lakehouse, vous serez plus particulièrement en charge du stockage et la visualisation de la donnée.
  • Vous contribuez avec les autres équipes autour de la Data Platform à l'évolution du produit dans son ensemble, afin de garantir la fiabilité, l'évolutivité et la sécurité de cet écosystème.


Vos principales responsabilités

  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie produit en cohérence avec le responsable d'unité.
  • Gérer les ressources humaines et techniques pour assurer la feuille de route et répondre aux besoins des clients internes et/ou externes.
  • Animer les rituels dans un contexte d'agilité at scales.
  • Anticiper, analyser et répondre aux défis commerciaux d'OVHcloud.
  • Gérer l'équipe et développer les talents en promouvant l'esprit "une équipe".
  • Faire progresser les performances individuelles et collectives en cohérence avec la stratégie.
  • Conduire et soutenir la transformation au sein de l'équipe.
  • Maintenir le niveau de qualité attendu pour les services et les infrastructures, en cohérence avec les objectifs de SLA définis en interne et en externe.

Dans 6 mois

  • La construction de la roadmap et du plan de charge avec les autres managers du produit Data Platform.
  • L’augmentation de la qualité et de la performance grâce à de la métrologie et de l’alerting.
  • L'amélioration des process intrinsèques à l'équipe afin de favoriser un cadre favorable à l'épanouissement.


Compétences requises :

  • Vous avez une connaissance des concepts de DataWarehouse, DataLake, Data Lakehouse.
  • Vous êtes un expert dans le développement (Python/Golang/Scala).
  • Vous avez une bonne maitrise des concepts d'Agilité et d'amélioration continue.
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités de communication, votre pédagogie, votre transparence ainsi que votre capacité à faire adhérer des collaborateurs à la vision et à l'ambition de l'entreprise.
  • Vous êtes proactif et avez à cœur d'accompagner la transformation au sein de votre équipe.
