TJOB POSITION WILL BE SELECTED TO PARIS OFICE OR FRANCFURT OFFICE


TORAY CFE is currently looking within the Marketing and Sales Department of the Paris site to strengthen its sales team with a Market Manager (M/F).


Essential missions and responsibilities of the position :

Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Support Director, you will actively participate in the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the Industrial market, and mainly Automotive, in Europe.


As part of a "Commercial Excellence" approach, you will define, draft and implement a Strategic Marketing Plan aimed at developing the volume of business achieved in these two markets with our existing customers, by integrating their manufacturing processes to insert our products into their new applications.


Responsible for a market (automotive + industry), you divide your activity between the development of new businesses on the automotive market (about 70% of your time), and on the Industrial market (about 30% of your time).


Responsibilities

In this context, you will:

  • and implement a structured Strategic Marketing Plan to identify the main market trends, how these trends translate into our customers' needs and what the consequences are for Toray CFE. The objective is to complement the "bottom-up" approach of salespeople with a "top-down" marketing approach;
  • will be as close as possible to the end customer and its end-to-end supply chain by developing close relationships with the main decision-makers in the industrial market and, in particular, the automotive market;
  • and strengthen Toray CFE's presence with Tier 1 & Tier 2 in order to penetrate the market;


Analyze the market and anticipate changing customer needs and potential applications for our products. This approach requires a detailed and precise understanding of the manufacturing processes implemented by the automotive suppliers concerned.


Present with our clients and projects, you identify business opportunities and promising business projects, by cross-referencing and sharing the information collected from each of them.


In this context, you will ensure the internal and external coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and make a relational mapping of all the players within the "end-to-end" supply chain in order to identify who is for, neutral, or against Toray CFE.


Manage customer projects in Europe: prospecting and loyalty of supply chains, responses to calls for tenders and negotiation of sales contracts in active support of sales representatives;

Participate in trade fairs and events to promote our products and ensure constant competitive intelligence;


Develop the leadership of the Toray CFE company by developing communication on our products.
