We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our AI-driven precision medicine solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment with occasional travel to our Paris headquarters.

Spotlight Medical is a precision medicine company striving to free all patients from cancer through a better understanding of each patient’s unique disease. We develop advanced AI tests that enhance treatment selection by leveraging decades of patient data. This ensures personalized and effective care for each individual, significantly improving patient outcomes and quality of life. By closely collaborating with physicians, we create impactful tests that address critical unmet clinical needs, opening a new era in cancer care. Founded in 2024, Spotlight Medical is backed by Institut Curie and Gustave Roussy, and has raised more than 6 million Euros to implement its first AI-driven test in clinical routine set to be announced soon.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, and interact with the company's leadership and regulatory team to deliver cutting-edge products.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and product excellence.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for the development team.
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights, and make strategic adjustments to enhance user experience and product efficacy.
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and timelines.


Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager or similar role in healthcare, preferably with experience in AI and precision medicine.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of Medical Device software regulation, with successful experience in the context of a product launch in Europe and/or in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes through advanced technology.
