Role – Technical Product Manager

Project duration - 1 year (can be extended)

Location – Paris, France

Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Week)

Job type- B2B Contract


Detailed Job Description:

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of the electronic payment ecosystem
  • Experienced in technology design of payment solutions
  • Competencies in high level and detailed business requirements specifications
  • Expertise in card payment transactions protocols, flows and processing (e-commerce, PSD2, 3DS, ACS, risk management, digital/card acceptance, acquiring, authorization, fraud management, clearing and settlement, international and/or domestic schemes)
  • Complex or multidisciplinary project management and client relationship experience
  • Good knowledge or understanding of the requirements and standards related to cybersecurity and security of payment systems (cryptographic systems, PCI-DSS, etc.)


Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Solution consolidated transverse vision
  • Rigour, autonomy, and analytical mind
  • Ability to shift priorities and demonstrate proactive willingness to help others
  • Understanding of how decision may affect other teams and contribute to broader success


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (preferably in the IT field)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a financial services environment / IS management
  • Experience of complex or multidisciplinary project management and Customer relationship experience
  • Experienced in technology design of new solutions
  • Strong experience in e-commerce and strong customer authentication domains


Language Skills:

• French Native Speaker

• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


Responsibilities

  • Coordination of projects for the evolution of authentication platform for banking institutions (or Customers) as part of the migration / connection projects to this platform and the implementation of the following services: management of the 3-DS 2.x protocol, risk management (APM, RBA) in accordance with the PSD2 regulation, real-time provisioning.
  • Assistance to the project managers of the Customer Service team of the T&O France department in the following actions:
  • Definition of the functional needs of banks
  • Organization of workshops (planning, definition of the agenda)
  • Opportunity and/or feasibility studies of changes according to the Customer's expression of need and/or regulatory or protocol requirements
  • Relationship management with the supplier(s) involved in the ACS platform projects
  • Participation in coordination work with connected exogenous systems (risk analysis module, service directory of all payment systems, )
  • Participation in user acceptance test session
  • Client meeting support"
