Safran Aero Boosters conçoit, développe et produit des compresseurs basse pression, des équipements et des bancs d’essais pour les moteurs aéronautiques et spatiaux. Implémentée à Milmort (Région Liègeoise), Safran Aero Boosters dispose de deux filiales aux Etats-Unis et combine le savoir-faire de près de 1800 talents.
ATTENTION : Cette offre concerne notre site à Milmort (Belgique) et requiert une présence au moins 3 fois par semaine.
Parlons de la mission :
En collaboration directe avec le Chef de projet, vous vous assurez de la mise en œuvre des exigences qualité dans nos projets de conception et d’industrialisation de nouveaux composants, et ce depuis l’exposition des exigences par le client jusqu’à la certification du produit et sa mise en production.
En tant que Quality Project Engineer, vous êtes amené.e à :
- Devenir le référent qualité pour un ou plusieurs projets de développement ou de R&T auprès des Autorités de Surveillance et du client ;
- Comprendre les exigences qualité des clients, en assurer la traduction en exigences qualité de conception et de fabrication des produits et les communiquer aux équipes projet ;
- Accompagner les Chefs de projet dans la construction et la mise en œuvre des plans de développements ;
- Identifier et maitriser les risques du processus de développement ;
- Assurer le respect des meilleures pratiques pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables du plan de développement selon les délais et les coûts définis ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de développement et de R&T.
Les composants en développement concernés sont divers et peuvent être des groupes de lubrification, des compresseurs basse pression ou encore des vannes pour les moteurs spatiaux.
Parlons de vous : Que pouvez-vous apporter ?
Vos compétences techniques :
- Votre Master d’Ingénieur Civil ou Industriel, avec une orientation technique (mécanique, électromécanique, métallurgie, aéronautique…) ;
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction orientée qualité avec une connaissance des normes qualité liées au contrôle qualité des pièces et du processus de développement d’un produit ;
- Vos connaissances des outils qualité (8D, ISHIKAWA, 5S, AMDEC) et pouvoir réaliser une analyse causale et prendre les actions s’y afférant ;
- Pouvoir comprendre différentes techniques de fabrication tels que l’usinage, la fonderie, la forge ou encore les traitements thermiques ;
- Une bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et la compréhension pour participer à des discussions techniques avec les Clients, réaliser des présentations en anglais ou encore lire de la documentation technique.

- Votre rigueur pour pouvoir vous assurer de la conformité de nos processus tout en ayant une approche flexible et assertive pour trouver le meilleur équilibre entre la réponse aux exigences des clients et les contraintes de la conception.
- Votre facilité à communiquer en interne et en externe ainsi qu’à pouvoir écouter une problématique, la comprendre et la reformuler.
- Votre créativité à proposer des idées novatrices et pragmatiques, toujours dans une volonté d’amélioration continue.
- Votre esprit collaboratif et initiateur face à une difficulté dans le but notamment de participer à la prise de décision orientée qualité dans le projet.
Avec qui allez-vous travailler ?
Au sein de la Direction Qualité, vous rejoignez une équipe composée de 2 personnes partageant une vision collaborative, orientée solutions, au service de la Direction Technique dans les projets de développement et en rapport étroit avec les Directions Programme, Production et Achats.
Votre Manager : Vincent, chez Safran Aero Boosters depuis plusieurs années et expert dans la fonction, a à cœur de pouvoir vous intégrer au mieux dans la fonction.
