Nous recherchons un Ingénieur MCO (Maintenance en Condition Opérationnelle) Oracle R12 expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance. En tant qu'Ingénieur MCO, vous serez responsable de la gestion, du support et de l'optimisation des environnements Oracle R12 afin d'assurer leur disponibilité, leur performance et leur fiabilité. Responsabilités : Assurer la maintenance en condition opérationnelle des environnements Oracle R12. Suivre et résoudre les incidents techniques et fonctionnels sur Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Assurer la gestion des changements (mises à jour, correctifs, montées de version). Participer à la surveillance proactive des systèmes et au tuning des bases de données Oracle. Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles pour comprendre et répondre aux besoins métier. Participer aux réunions de suivi avec les clients et les équipes projet. Documenter les processus, les incidents et les solutions mises en ?uvre. Apporter un support de niveau 2/3 en cas d'incidents critiques. Profil candidat: Compétences requises : Expérience avérée sur Oracle E-Business Suite R12, en particulier dans un environnement MCO. Solides connaissances en administration de bases de données Oracle. Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement des problèmes complexes. Connaissance des processus ITIL (gestion des incidents, des problèmes, des changements). Maîtrise des outils de surveillance et de tuning des performances (OEM, AWR, etc.). Esprit d'équipe, capacité à travailler en collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes. Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités. Bonne communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
