TOIP Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure Telephony over Internet Protocol (TOIP) systems. The role involves configuring and managing VoIP infrastructures, optimizing network performance for voice communication, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate TOIP systems with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Optimize network performance for VoIP, including configuring QoS (Quality of Service) to prioritize voice traffic.
• Implement security protocols to protect voice communication from unauthorized access and eavesdropping.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support for VoIP-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues impacting the TOIP systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant telecommunications regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on the latest VoIP technologies and best practices.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in speaking English and good communication skills
• Local language level preference at least C1 level
