Your opportunity
Within the Global Client Engagement department, reporting to the Global Client Data and Insights Manager, the intern will aim to support the Data & Insights Global teams
How you will contribute
You will BE a key member of the team and will actively support the team on a number of different activities :- Assist Global client insights team to produce insights analysis for other departments/Regions
- Collaborate with Kering to Improve customer data quality
- Assist Global client insights team to improve Client Data consistency
- Collaborate Global client insights team to develop new clients' KPIs and presentation
- Collaborate Global client Insights team to extract client data for regions and other departments
- Assist Global client insights team to prepare guidelines of client's data & insights for regions
Who you are :- Reactive, rigorous and creative
- Well organized and flexible, able to deal with last minute requests.
- Good understanding of luxury industry
- Good understanding of client centric experience and strategy
- Business oriented and you are at ease in the processing of databases and data analysis
- PowerPoint & Excel advanced computer skills
- Fluent in English
