GET, Global Enterprise Transformation, is the Program decided by ENGIE to accelerate and standardize the ERP system as well as the effectiveness of processes, embarking the Company on a centrally steered and business-led transformation focused on making ENGIE an integrated industrial company.
For that, GET Program will setup of a single worldwide ERP with standardized & industrialized processes (Procurement, Finance, Asset management, …) for the ~30 countries where ENGIE is present, replacing ~80 existing local ERP with heterogenous processes
Therefore, GET Program is among the top 5 ENGIE priorities with genuine ExCom sponsorship.

With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support.
To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a :
GET – Master Data Stream Lead (M/F)
The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense),
physical presence on the head office is mandatory 3 days per week

The Master Data Stream is in charge of the Business Support (“MOA”) activities for Master Data Core Model.
Main activities
Accountable for the Master Data Stream activities :
Core-Model setup
Provide vision on MDM best practice/global architecture
Needs & ecosystem integration : Coordination with ENGIE Data Filiere, collect and challenge high level business needs and ensure consistency with ENGIE Group Data policies
Data modelling and architecture Design : Define the target functional & data architecture for the core model and its ecosystem, Build data modeling & test core Data models & data parameters for GET,
Data governance design (define Data governance organization & data processes to manage master data)
Ensure documentation is produced at the right level of quality
Core-Model maintenance : Update core model, data architecture & data governance following Core evolutions validated by Design Authority Board
Roll-out
Perform analysis of master data open points
Assess impacts & gaps with GET data core models + define action plan
Update core-Model
RUN : challenge CHANGE requests (esp. local) to ensure compliancy with Core-Model, prepare arbitration & Core-Model update if needed, support RUN Teams (esp. GBS)
Oversee and manage operationally services provided by our partners (in interaction with the Vendor Management Office in charge of the contract)
Ensure coordination with other GET Program Stream, and especially :
GET Finance, Proc & Business Module Team in charge of process design
GET IT Core-Team, in charge of the IT delivery (“MOE”) of the Core-Model
GET Rollout Teams, in charge of the Business Support & IT delivery of the local specificities
Contribute to change management & adoption track through adapted communication to users, training, and identification of process changes
Comply with GET reporting duties
Manage operationally internal positions (2 people at stage)
Ensure compliance of Master Data Stream with ENGIE Rules (esp. internal control, Data privacy & GDPR)
Position requirements
Track record including SAP Functional Analyst (any SAP Module) experience is a must
Recognized skills in information management and data modeling experience, with a deep understanding of data lifecycle is also a must
Significant experience within SAP projects/program in international context
Fluent English (oral/written)
Leadership, experience in transverse management (matrix) and large team cross coordination
Experience of working in project management mode
The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
