ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Publisher to support online content creation on our byredo.com websites on a Global level. This role will allow you to create, manage and optimize website content (including product pages, landing pages and other digital assets). You will be the key point of contact for all website content creation and contribution related topics on a Global level. This role is key to enhancing Byredo’s online customer experience and optimizing conversion rates on our site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage website content
- You will collaborate with Global Marketing and product development teams to ensure digital content consistency across byredo.com channels.
- You will gather asset and copy needs and brief dedicated teams to receive content in a timely manner.
- You create, edit and publish website content including product pages, landing pages and other editorial online contents to reflect new products and diverse commercial offers.
Ensure online content quality and accuracy
- You will optimize content for SEO purposes.
- You will use content management and analytics tools (CMS, Google Analytics, Content Square etc…) to track and improve content performance.
- You will analyze content performance and adjust briefings and strategies based on ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, engagement rate, etc.).
- You will elaborate recommendations to improve performance based on data insights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate efficiently.
- You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
- You are known for having high proactivity and curiosity with a can-do attitude.
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Having a high affinity with the luxury and beauty industries is a big plus.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
- You have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in E-commerce, Marketing, Digital, and/or CRM, ideally within luxury/beauty and/or Fragrance.
- You have a high proficiency in MS Office.
- You have prior knowledge of Magento, Google Analytics and CMS platforms.
- You are fluent in English and French.
