Click&Care recherche son Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) en charge de la construction de notre plateforme et de la gestion de l'équipe technique.


Intégré au comité de direction et directement rattaché à la fondatrice, le CTPO sera à la fois notre référent technique et portera la vision Produit de l'entreprise. Cette personne collaborera avec les différents services de l'entreprise, notamment la direction des Opérations.


L'équipe actuelle est composée de 3 personnes :

  • Un Product Manager
  • 2 Développeurs Senior


Nous avons 3 produits :

  • Un portail à destination des Familles - qui est à construire
  • Un back-office à destination de notre équipe Opérations. Nous souhaitons refondre celui-ci et construire notre propre solution.
  • Une application à destination des Intervenants et des Familles.


Nos principaux enjeux sont les suivants :

  • Structuration de notre plateforme
  • Elaboration et cadrage de notre roadmap
  • Construction de notre datawarehouse et déploiement de notre BI



Nous recherchons un profil ayant au minimum 5 ans d'expérience, issu d'une école d'ingénieur de groupe A.

Le candidat idéal aura a minima eu un rôle de référent dans lequel il aura coaché des profils junior. Cette personne sera capable de faire du débordement de fonction et souhaite avoir un impact sur la stratégie globale de l'entreprise, sans se cantonner à un rôle tech.

Enfin, il sera essentiel d'avoir les qualités suivantes :

  • Capacité à formaliser et à communiquer de manière structurée à des interlocuteurs non techniques
  • Niveau d'exigence élevé vis-à-vis de soi-même et de son équipe
  • Sens business, sensibilité de l'expérience utilisateur interne et externe
